It's been looooong.

I went to Uncle's Wake a few days back.
And i had ths encounter with a Bus Driver.
What's wrong with Bus Drivers these days?
Isn't the normal rate for students like us to pay 55c?
ok, i went up the bus, dropped 60c into the "tin" and was waiting for the ticket to be issued.
Then that Mr B.Driver looked at me from top to toe and said, "pay 80c."
I went "huh?". For a moment i thought Bus rates had rise.
But i looked at the uncle, "Not 60c meh?"
He said, " No No. *put up 8 fingers*"
I didn't wanna succumb to him so i was delaying time and i said im a student blar blah.
the he asked for my Bus Pass. (THAT WAS REALLY DUMB BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIME, PEOPLE RESORTED TO USING COINS PRECISELY BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR BUS PASS WITH THEM ISN'T IT?)
So, i said i didn't bring it with me. Then he asked me where i was going, i replied Bedok Reservoir. He then looked and spoke to me RUDELY, "BEDOK RESERVOIR VERY BIG! WHERE LAH!"
(i didn't know cause i myself is going there by bus for the first time la.)
So i said, The first stop.
Then he say, pay $1.30. -.-
1.30 leh! WHICH KID PAY $1.30 FOR A BUS TRIP!
That Mr B.Driver added, if i don't pay i gotta get down the bus.
(OH, and for your infomation, all this happened when i boarded the bus, which means he insisted that i pay, if not i get down the bus. Damn embarassing. But don't care la. How can so easily let him win right.)
By then, my Mum (who had already walked to the end, sat down, and stood up again and walked to the front.) came and asked what's happening. So i told her HE wanted me to pay $1.30. Then just trying my luck, i asked if he wanna see my NRIC cause it would proof that im a student. He didn't even look at me on the face and said, "NO." It really got me heated up la. (I THOUGHT THE NRIC HAS A BETTER WEIGHTAGE THAN OUR EZ-LINK?)
I think Mum didn't want trouble and we were kinda late, so she just dugged out the moeny and threw it in.
so.. I waited for the Ticket and walked off. Seriously, what kinda attitude is that la.
Oh, and the only good thing he did was, he said thank you in the end.
ANYWAY, when Mum and I sat down, there was this three weird guys( i think not right in their head) seating on the other side of the bus.The bus was kinda packed and the three of them occupied one seat each.Putting their bags next to them and not offering it to the other people. I thought that was all. But everytime when i turned/tilted my head, one of the guy's eyes always seems to be looking in my direction! It got me so terrified la. the there was this middle aged man who sat down next to him, not bothered about the bag la. And since then, i NEVER turned my head again, cause im afraid that he would still me looking at me.
Alright.
Then when we reached this particular stop, all three of them were alighting. When that weird guy stood up and tried walking out, that man who was sitting next to him KICKED HIS ASS! Like really hard, and warned the weird guy to watch himself. That weird guy looked really afraid and gave that kinda stare. The weird guy's friends didn't do anything la. just went down the bus. Then that man, he kept following him to the doorstep and said, "WHAT!? You wanna try not!" I think his 'wanna try not' was a way to initiate a fight. I don't know what happened before that la. But it was really scary. Cause it happened just next to me.
Bus trips. Tsk Tsk.
The most wonderful experience i ever had.
